Born in the Ruhr Area, North Rhine-Westphalia, Judith Jaeger is a Hamburg based an artistic production manager and dramaturge in the fields of performing arts, visual arts and community arts.
Her work focuses on the development of artistic concepts in combination with production management and financial management, strategic orientation of artistic development processes, as well as production dramaturgy. She is committed to fostering social, cultural, and individual artistic growth, while cultivating long-term collaborations and partnerships.
She studied Fine Arts, Art History and Dutch Philology at the University of Fine Arts Münster and the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Since 2008, she has worked in various contexts: for the European Capital of Culture / RUHR.2010 – Essen für das Ruhrgebiet / Stadt der Künste; JOINT ADVENTURES – Walter Heun in Munich; for the Nederlands Theater Festival TF-1 and the Goethe-Institut in Amsterdam; for PACT Zollverein, part3 – Partizipation in Kunst und Kultur, KiR – Kultur im Revier e.V. in Essen and for conecco gUG / »Step by Step – Tanzprojekte mit Hamburger Schulen« in Hamburg. She is a co-founder and board member of Noema Dance Works e.v., as well as a co-founder and member of KiR – Kultur im Revier e.V. and KD 11 /13 e.V. As a freelancer, she has worked with Raimund Hoghe (2014-2021), Alexandra Waierstall and Nora Elberfeld, among others.
